summer

Long time no post. Life has been busy lately. I finished up my 3rd year at Ringling, and am now officially working on my senior film. I can't believe it. I'm also incredibly excited to announce that in just 2 weeks I will be joining Sony Pictures Animation as a Visual Development intern! It's really a dream come true.

Here are drawings since I've been home.

what exciting news on Ringling and for Sony, and best of luck to you.

I adore that Koala and old woman the most, as well as the jungle-like background.

I love that koala! What medium did you use?
And congratulations on your news!

Thank you, everyone!

Erin-- I sketched it traditionally with ColErase pencils, then scanned it and painted it in Photoshop. :)

Great stuff. I love the alligators, esp the one with big eyes and the poor guy bottom right who apparently has no teeth! The speed painting looks really good. You nailed the diffused light, and I love that you got almost to black in areas.
